Submit Service Report
>>Want to Submit Service Report?
Suppose you want to Submit Service Report of Reliance Customer.
1- First Select the Submit
Service Report.
2- In the grid below, you will find the Reliance Customer. Just click on
the 
(Edit)
button besides it,
Open the Submit Service Engineer Report.
>> Submit Call Information:
1- Select Service Report Information Date (From Date & To Date).
2- Attach the File (only jpeg or jpg)
a. Click on Browse button,
b. Open the dialog box,
c. Select the File (Only jpeg or jpg),
d. Click on Open button, to Attach the File.
3- Select 
Service
Engineer.
4- Enter the Service Report Number, Remark, Consumed Parts.
5- Fill Instruments Other Details, to select Instrument
Other Details.
a. Select Invoice Date (dd, mm, yyyy) of
Instrument but Date is not available select Not
Available option.
b- Enter the Sales Note Number, Invoice Number, PO Number.
6- Service Type is IN-Installation, to Enter the Serial Number, Select the Installation Date & Warranty Period.
7- Click on Close SRQ link, to Close the Call. OR
8- Click on Wait for another report link & select (attach) the 2nd report & Click on Close SRQ or Generate Next Call or Hold SRQ. OR
9- Click on Generate Next Call link. Call is Close but Generate the Next Call. OR
10- Click on Hold SRQ link. Call is Close but SRQ is Hold.
